The rooms my clients are in are rooms I know from the inside.

I'm Rebecca Pate, a career and leadership coach. I spent 18 years in Digital Product Leadership working for some of the world's largest global retailers. I have worked in highly complex, matrix companies — defining international strategies and leading large teams to deliver real ROI.

During my time as a woman in tech, I trailblazed a network for over 70,000 employees to drive meaningful change for women in the workplace. I have run many large-scale events, workshops, and hosted panels — with one thing in mind: women deserve more. I have advocated for thousands of women in the workplace, hosted events for HRH The Duchess of Edinburgh, and attended intimate gatherings with HRH to present a strategy for change.

My dream is a world where ambitious women don't have to sacrifice themselves to succeed. Where high performance and wellbeing aren't at war. Where women can truly thrive at work and in life.

There are many systemic barriers in the way for women — and equally, I believe: this is our time. So I designed a framework to help ambitious corporate women remove the limiting beliefs and patterns keeping them stuck, so they can pursue exactly what they want, aligned with who they are, with full conviction and zero apology.

The moves I help clients make include: getting clear on the right next step (stay, shift, or leave); finding a leadership identity that actually feels like theirs; building the language and scripts for the conversations they've been avoiding; and moving forward with a 90-day plan towards a role that moves them forward towards what they actually want.

I have a particular focus on high-achieving women who are performing well by every external measure and running on empty underneath. It is not a weakness to ask for help — the thing that has had the biggest impact on my life and career has been the support I've received, from coaches to therapists to mentorship programmes. I have done it all.

That's why I decided to go all in on supporting women. This is the second time I have left the world of 9-5 to launch a business. The first was my yoga business. Now this is my coaching business.

My three values: compassion, action, and trust. I am here as a supportive guide to help you realise what you already know. The clients I work with are ready for change — and I hold them to account between sessions to keep the momentum going.
