What 3 months of coaching could look like
Built around you. There is no set curriculum. Your coaching is bespoke, designed around your situation, your goals and the pace you need to move at.
- Audit. We begin with a full picture of where you are: your role, your energy, your patterns and what is keeping you stuck.
- Strategy. Together we create a clear plan for your next move, whether that is a promotion, a pivot, a pay rise or an exit.
- 1:1 coaching. Private sessions where we do the deep work and make the decisions.
- Personal accountability. I hold you to what you said you would do. Between sessions you have direct access to me.
What we cover
- Identity. Who you are outside the job title. We clear the limiting beliefs and the approval-seeking that have been running your decisions.
- Strategy. Your positioning, visibility, pay and the conversations that move your career. Scripts, plans and a clear route.
- Expansion. Nervous system regulation, authentic leadership and the conviction to follow through when it gets uncomfortable.
About Rebecca
Rebecca spent 18 years in corporate digital leadership, leading large-scale tech teams and landing complex global initiatives for international retailers. She has led people, influenced at executive board level and negotiated her way through more difficult situations than she can count. She chaired global networks for thousands of women in the workplace and advocated at the highest levels, including a roundtable at Buckingham Palace. She is a two-time founder, featured in Forbes, and a qualified coach, yoga and meditation teacher. Her work blends corporate strategy with the inner work most career coaching skips. She knows the rooms you are in because she spent too long in them too.
